职位概要描述:
·        针对主要客户的产品，负责动力总成变速箱和发动机的整体测试方案，包括测试工艺，机械设计，控制系统和数据采集分析的总体设计和实施。

技术能力要求:
·        6 到10 年动力总成测试系统工作经验，专注于变速箱最终测试和发动机冷试技术。
·        有福特，通用，大众，ZF，Getrag，GIF 动力总成厂测试区域工作经历的优先考虑。
·        熟悉汽车行业测试软件的应用如Labview 或Bauer等。
·        熟悉变速箱和发动机产品性能和测试原理。
·        熟悉变速箱测试机其传感器：转速，扭矩，温度，NVH，TCU模块和CAN总线的应用。
·        熟悉发动机测试和传感器：转速，扭矩，进排气压力测试，点火正时，ECU模块和CAN总线的应用
·        良好的客户和供应商沟通渠道。
其他要求:
·        汽车工程，机械设计或自动化控制专业
·        熟悉设计软件Autocad, Solidworks 或Catia， Labview

Location: Shanghai KangQiao
Overall Responsibility:
The senior engineer will be responsible for test solutions on powertrain products: transmission and engineer with cooperation with customers and suppliers. Create overall solutions test stand with mechanical design, electrical controls and process data collection and analysis. This role need be familiar with customer product assembly and sensor technologies. The goal is to build ABB key competence on standard test stations
Technical Skills:
·        6 to 10 years’ experience on test system in powertrain business: Transmission EOL or Engine Cold test,
·        Engineers with working experience related test system from customers like Ford, GM, VW，ZF, Getrag，GIF  will be preferred.
·        Be familiar with the test solutions or Software( Labview or Bauer,etc) used in automotive industry.
·        Detail skills on Powertrain product and test process: Engine and transmission
·        Be familiar with sensors on transmission product: speed, torque, temperature, NVH testing, etc. Excellent understanding on TCU connection and analysis, CAN bus applications.
·        Be familiar with sensors on Engine product: speed, torque, temperature, Intake vacuum and exhaust pressure, Ignition, NVH testing, etc. Excellent understanding on ECU connection and analysis.
·        Good customer and suppliers connection channels.
Background requirement:
·        Major in Automotive engineering is preferred. Or in Mechanical design or Automation controls.
·        Be familiar with design tools on Autocad, Solidworks, Catia, Labview
·        Be familiar with key mechanical and controls suppliers
·        Team work spirit.
·        Proactive to achieve task goals
·        Good communication skill with customer, suppliers and team members

II Principal Accountabilities
-Develop and maintain robot application software products for global market
-Work with product manager and project team to establish the SW requirement specification based on customer needs.
-Be responsible for design, implementation, documentation, testing and trouble shooting of the SW with high quality.
-Initiate the software and document review according to ABB R&D process.

III Requirements
-Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, mechatronics, automation, computer science or related professionals
-Strong C/C++ , OO Analysis / Design skills
-Familiar with Windows application software development
-Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good team work.
-Proficiency in written and oral English communication.
-with 2+ year relevant working experience.
-Knowledge of CMMI or Agile development preferred.
-Knowledge and experience in Android/IOS application development and script languages like Python would be a plus.

Responsibility:
In this position you will be working in projects with designing advanced industrial robotic application including function package, cell or line. In ABB Robotics R&D center in Shanghai we are working in a creative environment. Together with other engineers you will be doing complex CAD modeling. In the projects typical tasks are: design of the robot application control system, design of electrical system. Together with your colleagues, you will also be focused on that our solutions have a secured quality and are cost effective. As a system integration engineer you will cooperate closely with mechanical engineers, production engineers, test engineers and suppliers in ABB Robotics.

Requirements:
-B. Sc or M. Sc degree in automation, electrical engineering or related fields.
-Familiar with the automatic control theory, such as servo control system, hydraulic and pneumatic system control theory.
-Rich experience in automation and control system design, familiar with the microcontroller, ARM/DSP, FPGA.
-Master the design and development of real-time operating system.
-Understand BUS communication protocols is preferred, such as CAN, SPI, EtherCAT, etc.
-Good command in English are required
